Hummingbird Feeders come in a vast array of shapes and sizes- not to mention prices too. We sell an excellent line of durable hard plastic hummingbird feeders- fully guaranteed (except for bear attacks!). These can be dropped (not from too great a height!), washed in the dishwasher and they still come out on top. Our most popular one is the feeder in the photo below on the right and for about $20 is a great buy. We have 2 hanging in our garden at home. It is also available in purple and orange- why not try something a little different? But don't worry, the hummers will still come and feed from it.
It is very easy to make your own hummingbird nectar. Just get 4 cups of water, add 1 cup of sugar and bring to the boil. Let it cool and fill up your hummingbird feeders. You can keep any leftover 
nectar in your refrigerator ready for the next fill up. Please don't put any red food coloring in the solution as this has been proven to be harmful to hummingbirds and is actually not necessary as the feeders are usually colored red. Remember to change the solution in your feeders every 3-4 days. Ants can also be a problem during the summer months but this can easily be rectified by using an "ant-trap". We have lots of these in stock- at any time of the year.
