There's a lot to write about walking around a bird and nature store. I am going to split this into different categories, so just work your way down the list- all of which is currently "under construction"!

The easiest way to find the store is to use the "Map this Location" at the bottom left hand side of the screen. Alternatively you can just drive south down Hendersonville Road/US 25, pass the Skyland Post Office (nice friendly folks in there) and very soon on your left you will see Don Papa's Mexican Restaurant (also nice friendly folks here too, so stop by for some of their delicious shrimp). We're in that somewhat unassuming (at the moment) stand-alone building opposite Don Papa's.

Yes, the traffic can be nutty at times, but please try to enter the shop from the small side road just to the north of the store. This is Summit Avenue. Then leave the store from the front entrance back onto Hendersonville Road. We will have signs up soon, we hope, but just bear with us for the moment. We are also planning to have the parking lot re-blackened and more importantly have some white stripes marking the best way to park in our somewhat small parking lot.

 Here we are. We always have a handful of geese standing around in front of the store- amazing how they just stay there all day! If the flags and geese are out, we are open! Sooner or later we will get the parking lot blackened and new white striping applied so the parking will start to make sense. There will also be some small wooden navigational signs to help you out.
